Crowns

Valued and cosseted by the hand of the Thin White Queen

Not for herself the rampant gold an offering

To the majesty of the Black King who rules over all

And she to Him will keep all her live in thrall

Gained in the close fight of a life filled with pain

She, because of His love, is rescued again and again

To His merciful feet she casts her cash of reward

In the eternal kingdom He passes her gift with accord

Six crowns her perfect sacrifice

For a life swapped in righteousness for strife

All glory to The Black King who reigns above and below

And all crowns are His as the Thin White Queen will show.
