Two white pawns

They grew up together in ignominy

Thinking they were someone really free

Wrapped in the chains of a fake culture

One rejects one embraces the vulture

Of the right and not the perceived wrong

Not a sound or glimmer of the sacred song

They say they sing but silence abounds

Except for the singing of the rock clowns

Unfriendly, unsociable they grew up small

In human terms they appeared so tall

Strange forms and strange silent ways
